Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, about 1 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the pub buns and toast them lightly in a separate pan or under a broiler until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a lamb patty, followed by slices of ripe tomato, red onion, a handful of arugula, crumbled goat cheese, and a drizzle of green tahini. Top with the other half of the bun.
