Prepare the Cold Brew
If you haven't prepared cold press coffee yet, steep coarsely ground coffee beans in cold water for 12-24 hours, then strain.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Red Locks Irish Whiskey and Guinness syrup. Stir gently to combine.

Add Cold Press Coffee
Pour the cold press coffee into the mixing glass with the whiskey and syrup mixture. Stir gently to combine.

Serve the Drink
Fill a glass with ice and pour the whiskey-coffee mixture over the ice.

Add Whipped Cream
Top the drink with a generous float of whipped cream.

Garnish with a few coffee beans on top of the whipped cream for a decorative touch.
