Cauliflower Bites
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
- 2
Season the Florets
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets. Sprinkle the chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over them. Toss well to ensure all florets are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Add Goat Cheese
Remove the cauliflower bites from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top while they are still warm. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt slightly.
- 5
Serve
Serve the crispy cauliflower bites hot with your choice of garden aioli for dipping.
