Banana Bread Pudding Recipe
Homemade warm banana bread pudding, just like Grandma used to make. Drizzled with caramel sauce, candied walnuts and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Prepare the Bread Pudding
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the stale banana bread into small cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Combine and Soak
Pour the custard mixture over the banana bread cubes. Gently fold to combine and ensure the bread is well soaked. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Bake
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm, drizzled with caramel sauce, topped with candied walnuts, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
