    Prepare the Bread Pudding

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the stale banana bread into small cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

    Mix the Custard

    In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

    Combine and Soak

    Pour the custard mixture over the banana bread cubes. Gently fold to combine and ensure the bread is well soaked. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

    Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
