Preparation of Fish

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the Fish
Clean the whole fish under cold water, removing any scales and innards. Pat dry with paper towels.

Preparation of Seafood Stuffing

Prepare the Stuffing
In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onion, parsley, lemon juice, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Fish
Fill the cavity of the seasoned fish with the seafood stuffing mixture.
Roasting the Fish

Roast the Fish
Place the stuffed fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Preparing the Vegetable Side

Prepare the Vegetables
While the fish is roasting, prepare the seasonal vegetables. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Vegetables
You can steam, roast, or sauté the vegetables. If roasting, add them to the oven for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time for the fish.

Plating the Dish
Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the stuffed fish alongside the prepared seasonal vegetables.
