Chop Vegetables

Finely chop the jalapeño pepper, onion, and garlic cloves. Set aside.

Prepare Cheese

Grate the Monterey Jack and Chihuahua cheeses. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes.

Sauté Vegetables

In a medium skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and jalapeño, and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Reduce the heat to low. Add the grated Monterey Jack and Chihuahua cheeses along with the cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and creamy.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped cilantro for added flavor.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
