Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt and penne pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are soft and fragrant.

Add Crawfish Tails
Stir in the crawfish tails and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are heated through.

Add Cream and Seasoning
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Cajun seasoning and black pepper. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix in Cheese
Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
