Preparing the Salad

    Wash and Chop Vegetables

    Wash the Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper under cold water. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the bell pepper into strips.

    Combine Salad Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese. Toss gently to mix.

Making the Caesar Dressing

    Prepare the Dressing

    In a food processor, combine the garlic cloves, anchovy fillets, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

Making the Village House Dressing

    In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    Optionally, drizzle the Village House dressing over the salad and toss lightly.

Making the Sensation Dressing

    In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
