1. Prepare the Ingredients

Rinse the red beans and soak them in water overnight. Chop the onion, green bell pepper, celery, and garlic.

2. Cook the Chorizo

In a large pot, cook the chorizo sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté Vegetables

In the same pot, add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
