Pork Tenderloin and Sauces

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sear the Pork

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roast the Pork

Transfer the seared pork to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Cranberry Sauce

In a saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, sugar, Grand Marnier, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
