Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Chicken and Chorizo

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add the chorizo and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the chorizo is browned.

  3. 3

    Add Vegetables

Stir in the minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for another 5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

  4. 4

    Combine and Season

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the fresh basil.

  5. 5

    Serve

Divide the linguine-chicken mixture onto plates and garnish with additional fresh basil if desired. Serve warm.
