1. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Slice them thinly using a knife or a food processor.

2. Cook the Bacon (Optional)

If using bacon, cook the slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain, then crumble into pieces.

In the same skillet (with some bacon drippings if you used bacon), heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded Brussels sprouts, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

If using bacon, stir in the crumbled bacon before serving. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve warm.
