1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove the stems and chop them finely. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Stuff Mushrooms
Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, packing it in slightly.
5. Bake
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
6. Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
