Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut the head into florets.

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through.

Make the BBQ Curry Sauce
While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the BBQ curry sauce.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine BBQ sauce, curry powder, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
