Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let it cool, then chop it into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Toss the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, cooked bacon, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.

  4. 4

    Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Spread the Brussels sprouts mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

  5. 5

    Add Parmesan

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm. Drizzle with additional balsamic glaze if desired.
