Chicken Wings

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

  3. 3

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and white vinegar. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are well coated. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
