Prepare the Crab Cakes
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, egg, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.

Form the Cakes
Shape the mixture into patties (about 2-3 inches in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Bake the Crab Cakes
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Drizzle olive oil over the crab cakes and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Make the Avocado Sauce
In a blender, combine the avocado and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Toss until well mixed.
