Prepare the Pork
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the Lowa pork loin. Place the seasoned pork on a baking sheet.

Roast the pork loin in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

While the bread is toasting, wash and prepare the romaine lettuce, slice the tomatoes, and scoop out and slice the avocado.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Mix well to create your sauce.
