Preparing Chicken Tenders

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Kettle Chip Coating
In a food processor, crush the kettle-cooked potato chips until they are finely ground. Transfer to a shallow bowl.

In a second shallow bowl, add the all-purpose flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Bake the Chicken Tenders
Place the coated chicken tenderloins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, either in the oven or in an air fryer.
