Chicken Tenders

Dipping Sauce

Method

Preparing Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Kettle Chip Coating

In a food processor, crush the kettle-cooked potato chips until they are finely ground. Transfer to a shallow bowl.

  3. 3

    Set Up the Breading Station

In a second shallow bowl, add the all-purpose flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  4. 4

    Bread the Chicken Tenderloins

Dredge each chicken tenderloin in flour, shaking off excess. Next, dip into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, and finally coat with the crushed kettle chips, pressing gently to adhere.

  5. 5

    Bake the Chicken Tenders

Place the coated chicken tenderloins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Preparing Fries

  1. 6

    Cook the Fries

While the chicken is baking, prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, either in the oven or in an air fryer.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

Once cooked, sprinkle the fries with salt to taste and toss to coat.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Serve the chicken tenders hot alongside the fries. Offer ranch dressing and barbecue sauce as dipping options.
