Method
Preparing the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the buffalo sauce, honey, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed and warmed through.

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the prepared sauce until well coated.

Wash and cut the celery and carrot sticks into bite-sized pieces.

Plate the Wings and Sides
Serve the wings hot with a side of celery and carrot sticks, and offer ranch and blue cheese dressing for dipping.
