Prep the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken wings. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Spread the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Sauce Preparation

Make Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir until well combined. Remove from heat.

Make BBQ Sauce
In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic (from the garlic cloves) and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and parsley until well combined.
Serving

Toss the Wings
Once the chicken wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. Divide them into three bowls. Toss each portion in one of the sauces: Buffalo, BBQ, or Garlic Parmesan.

Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce and celery sticks on the side.
