Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This ensures the wings will be crispy.
- 2
Prepare Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange Wings
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Make sure they are in a single layer, spaced apart.
- 4
Bake Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- 5
Prepare Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, heat the hot sauce and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until melted and combined.
- 6
Coat Wings
Once the wings are baked, remove them from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 7
Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Whisk Together
Whisk the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- 9
Chill Dressing
Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
