Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- 5
Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until well coated.
- 6
Return to Oven
Return the coated cauliflower to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to crisp up the sauce.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Mix Until Smooth
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth.
- 9
Chill
Refrigerate the blue cheese dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
