Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Tuna

Dice the yellowfin tuna into small cubes and place in a medium bowl. Pour the marinade over the tuna and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the tuna is marinating, dice the mango, cucumber, avocado, and sweet pepper. Thinly slice the radishes and scallions.

  4. 4

    Make the Sriracha Aioli

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with sriracha to taste. Adjust the spice level as desired.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Poke Bowl

In a stone bowl or serving dish, layer the marinated tuna, mango, cucumber, avocado, scallions, radishes, and sweet peppers. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Drizzle the sriracha aioli over the poke bowl and serve with wonton chips on the side.
