Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Tuna
Dice the yellowfin tuna into small cubes and place in a medium bowl. Pour the marinade over the tuna and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Make the Sriracha Aioli
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with sriracha to taste. Adjust the spice level as desired.

Assemble the Poke Bowl
In a stone bowl or serving dish, layer the marinated tuna, mango, cucumber, avocado, scallions, radishes, and sweet peppers. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
