Lavosh Preparation

Make the Lavosh Dough
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add olive oil and gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes, then roll out thinly.

Bake the Lavosh
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the rolled dough into pieces and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
Traditional Pizza Preparation

Prepare the Pizza Base
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Add Toppings
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese and fresh basil on top. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Cauliflower Crust Preparation

Prepare the Cauliflower
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, then allow to cool. Once cool, pulse in a food processor until fine.

In a bowl, combine the processed cauliflower with mozzarella cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and salt. Mix until combined.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a round shape. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
