Preparing the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the bone-in chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Sauce

Stir the mixture until heated through and well combined. Remove from heat.
Preparing Gorgonzola Dressing

In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk everything together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Final Assembly
