Preparing the Baked Brie

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Brie
Place the wheel of Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Top with Ingredients
Drizzle honey over the top of the Brie and sprinkle with chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey.
Making the Fruit Compote

Cook the Compote
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.

Cool
Remove from heat and let the compote cool slightly before serving.
Preparing the Crostini

Slice the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Toast the Crostini
Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Once the Brie is baked, remove it from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes.

Serve the warm Brie with the fruit compote and toasted crostini on the side for dipping.
