Prepare the Glass
Rim the edge of a glass with lime juice and dip it into a mixture of chili powder and salt to create a spicy rim.

Muddle Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the whole jalapeño and the lime (cut into wedges) to release their flavors.

Mix the Cocktail
Add the Patron Silver Tequila, strawberry puree, orange juice, pineapple juice, and agave syrup to the shaker with the muddled jalapeño and lime.
