Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine the marinated steak with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Vegetables

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until softened. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

In the same skillet, increase the heat to medium-high and add the marinated steak. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, breaking it into small pieces until cooked through.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet with the cooked steak. Mix well to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sub

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the sub rolls open and fill each with the steak and vegetable mixture. Top with provolone cheese slices.

  6. 6

    Bake

Place the filled subs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
