Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Pancake Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the peanut butter and chocolate chips.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pancakes

Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Toppings

In a small saucepan, gently heat additional peanut butter and chocolate sauce until warm. Prepare whipped cream by whipping heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Pancakes

Stack 2-3 pancakes on a plate, drizzle with warm peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with chopped Reese’s pieces.
