Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate Turkey Tips

In a bowl, combine turkey tips with teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare Bacon

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Take the bacon strips and cut them in half.

  3. 3

    Wrap Turkey Tips

Take the marinated turkey tips and wrap each piece with a half strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

  4. 4

    Fry the Wrapped Tips

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the wrapped turkey tips and cook until the bacon is crispy and the turkey is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Prepare Dipping Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup and sriracha sauce. Adjust the ratio to your taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the turkey tips from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with the maple sriracha dipping sauce.
