Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice blackened crust. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- 3
Make the Avocado Salsa
In a medium bowl, combine diced avocado, diced tomato, finely chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Gently mix to combine and season with salt to taste.
- 4
Assemble the Dish
On a plate, place a generous bed of spring mix. Top it with sliced blackened chicken breasts and spoon the fresh avocado salsa over the top. Serve immediately.
