Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mash the ripe bananas and add them to the wet ingredients. Mix well.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve
Stack the pancakes on a plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with walnuts, and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
