Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Cook Mushrooms and Spinach

Add the shitake mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Then add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

  3. 3

    Make the Sherry Cream Sauce

Pour in the sherry and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then add the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine the Casserole

In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, cooked mushrooms, spinach, and sherry cream sauce. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Assemble and Top

Transfer the lobster mixture to a greased baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese together. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the lobster casserole.

  6. 6

    Bake the Casserole

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Pair with mashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable.
