Wings and Dips

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil and Old Bay seasoning until evenly coated. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    First Cooking

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  3. 3

    Rest the Wings

Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Second Cooking

Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Honey Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mix in honey until combined. Set aside.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Brie Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine brie cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, and half of the chives. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Drizzle the honey butter over the wings and serve with crab chips and the warm brie dip. Garnish with remaining chives.
