Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and red pepper flakes, cooking until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add Wine

Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Allow the wine to reduce for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Stir in Cream

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Mix in Cheese and Herbs

Add the grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the spicy, cheesy, herby, creamy shrimp over torn bread for dipping.
