Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and red pepper flakes, cooking until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Wine
Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Allow the wine to reduce for about 2-3 minutes.

Stir in Cream
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Mix in Cheese and Herbs
Add the grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.

Serve
Serve the spicy, cheesy, herby, creamy shrimp over torn bread for dipping.
