Make the Rosemary Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves, then let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.

Prepare the Cocktail
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Shot Tower Gin, elderflower liqueur, rosemary syrup, fresh lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Shake well until chilled.

Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, then top with tonic water. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a sprig of candied rosemary for an aromatic touch.
