Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with Slaughter House seasoning. Form into two equal-sized patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in the skillet until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, onion slices, the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, crumbled bacon, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve with Fries

Serve the burgers hot alongside hand-cut fries.
