Ingredients for Jalapeno Infused Bloody Mary

Method

Instructions for Making Jalapeno Infused Bloody Mary

  1. 1

    Infuse the Vodka

Slice the jalapeno pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds for a milder infusion. Place the jalapeno halves in a jar and pour in the vodka. Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours for a stronger flavor.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bloody Mary Mix

In a shaker, combine 2 oz of the jalapeno-infused vodka, 4 oz of tomato juice, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, 2 dashes of hot sauce, 1 tsp of celery salt, and 1 tsp of black pepper.

  3. 3

    Shake and Serve

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Garnish with a fresh celery stalk, a lime wedge, and pickled vegetables if desired.
