Lemonade Preparation

Juicing the Lemons
Roll the lemons on a countertop to soften them. Cut each lemon in half and use a juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup, discarding the seeds.

Mixing the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.

Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the lemonade over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
