Cranberry & Walnut Bread

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Mix Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and oil.

    Combine Mixtures

    Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.

    Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Lemon Bread
