Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add macaroni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened.

Add Cheese and Seasoning

Remove the pot from heat and stir in the shredded white cheddar, truffle oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.

Prepare for Baking

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish.

Add Topping

In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the mixture over the mac and cheese. Drizzle with additional truffle oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
