Mixing Instructions
Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Mix the Ingredients
Add the Cuervo Tradicional Blanco, elderflower liqueur, and fresh grapefruit juice into the shaker. Shake well for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
Add Sparkling Wine
Top the drink with Pol Remy sparkling wine.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
