Prepare the Cheese Dip
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Bake the Pretzel Bites
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread mini pretzel bites on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve
Remove pretzel bites from the oven. Serve warm with the cheese dip on the side, garnished with chopped parsley.
