1. Preparing the Chicken

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cooking the Chicken

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts, cooking each side for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Sautéing Asparagus

In the same skillet, add the trimmed asparagus and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until tender. Add the vegetable broth to the skillet and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Serving

Return the chicken to the skillet, plate the chicken with asparagus, and drizzle with any remaining broth. Serve warm.
