Muddle the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine fresh raspberries and mint leaves. Muddle them gently to release the flavors.

Add the Liquids
Add the Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.

Shake it Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain and Top with Sake
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top it off with sparkling sake.
