Chill Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of Vida Mezcal, 1 oz of Punt e Mes, 1 oz of Lillet Blanc, and 2 dashes of Almond Bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Strain into Glass
Empty the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass. Use a strainer to pour the mixed cocktail into the glass.

Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink by holding it over the cocktail and giving it a twist. Drop it into the glass as a garnish.
