Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash all fruits thoroughly under running water. Peel the oranges and grapefruit, removing any seeds and white pith. Cut the pineapple into quarters, removing the skin and core. If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cold water.

  2. 2

    Juicing

Using a citrus juicer or a blender, juice the oranges and grapefruit until smooth. If using a blender, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp, if desired. For the pineapple, cut it into smaller chunks and blend until smooth, then strain if desired.

  3. 3

    Combine the Juices

In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, grapefruit juice, and pineapple juice. If you prefer a sweeter juice, add honey or agave syrup to taste.

  4. 4

    Cranberry Juice

If using fresh cranberries, blend them with a bit of water until smooth, then strain to extract the juice. If using store-bought cranberry juice, you can skip this step.

  5. 5

    Final Mixing

Add the cranberry juice to the pitcher with the other juices and stir well to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Serving

  1. 6

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the juice for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve in chilled glasses over ice, if desired. Enjoy your refreshing juice blend!
