Prepare the Patty

    Season the Patty

    Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Cook One Side

    Place the patty on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.

    Cook Other Side

    Flip the patty and place a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patty reaches your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burger

    Toast the Bun

    Toast the brioche bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

    Spread Sauce

    Spread the house sauce on the bottom half of the toasted bun.

    Add Lettuce and Patty

    Layer the butter lettuce, followed by the cooked Angus beef patty with melted cheddar.

    Add Tomato and Pickles

    Add slices of heirloom tomato and pickles on top of the patty.

    Add Bacon Onion Jam

    Spoon the bacon onion jam over the toppings.

    Complete the Burger

    Finish with the top half of the brioche bun.
