Dice the corned beef, potatoes, onion, and red bell pepper into small cubes. Mince the garlic.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Cook the Hash
Press the mixture down with a spatula and let it cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes until crispy.

Make the House Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Toast with House-Made Preserves

Toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Spread with whipped butter and top with house-made preserves.
